Spent the afternoon at this cozy riverside cafe, and honestly, it was everything I needed. The view? Absolutely stunning—calm blue waters, forest-lined skies, and that soft summer breeze. I tried their mocha, and it was rich, smooth, and just the right mix of coffee and chocolate. A total mood! If you’re looking for a peaceful spot to relax, sip something delicious, and take in nature—this place is a must-visit. Perfect for solo chill time or catching up with a friend.
Burger & Coffee. Food is usually good here, cooked with passion and handled with utmost care. I used the term “usually” due to the very reason that the place where this absolute gem is located is so perfect without any competition, so expect quite a volume of visitors especially in the summer. When that happens, expect the challenge of the staff to handle the issue therefore the food quality might go down, which is understandable. The Staff. They are always kind and hospitable whatever happens. Doing the best of their ability to accommodate and quickly respond to you. But same as the explanation above regarding food, if there are too much customers, they might not be able to quickly entertain you. Nevertheless, still one of the best teams when it comes to cafes. The place. One of the best places in Calgary if you want to experience having a sip of coffee or eat ice cream or dine while watching nature, the Bow River and people. A sure plus if you come there and a live music/band is playing.
Great atmosphere, nice patio; Live music every Saturday; open mic every Thursday. One of the coolest places in Calgary, right by the water on a perfect spot. This is a really unique place, check it out!
The food is awesome. The service is top-notch, friendly, attentive, and welcoming. But the atmosphere is what truly sets it apart. The stunning view of the river creates a serene and picturesque backdrop, and the live music is out of this world. It’s the perfect mix of great food, exceptional service, and an unforgettable vibe. Highly recommend!

This was a great time! We came here after a run to grab some food and cool down. It was busy, but we got our apple cider and food in a very reasonable time. While we were there, it was a very chatty, positive atmosphere, and someone even decided to play the piano which added to the vibe a lot!
All the wait staff were just the sweetest and so helpful! The salad was delicious, and the atmosphere was delightful! It was my first time here, but it most definitely won't be the last
Gave us some shelter after the Shoppers Drug Mart 5k run today! The rain was horrendous. Our server was really nice, the coffee and Baileys hit the spot, and the brunch was great! We will definitely come back! Thanks again
